Terms and Conditions

To ensure a safe and pleasant stay for all our guests, the following Terms and Conditions have been established as part of the accommodation agreement.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your reservation, in accordance with Article 6 of the Accommodation Agreement.
  1. 1. Valuables

    Please use the in-room safe for any valuables.
    The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  2. 2. Guest Rooms

    1. The number of guests in each room must not exceed the room’s designated capacity.
    2. An additional fee will be charged if a room is used by more guests than allowed without prior notice.
    3. Minors are not permitted to stay without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
    4. The use of items that may cause a fire or unauthorized electrical appliances is prohibited.
    5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and throughout the hotel premises.
    6. Dyeing or bleaching any items in the room is not allowed.
    7. Posting photos, posters, or any materials that detract from the hotel’s aesthetics is not permitted.※In the event of any violation of items 5, 6, or 7, a compensation fee may be charged.
    8. Non-registered guests are not allowed to enter guest rooms.
  3. 3. Prohibited Items and Activities

    1. Items Not Permitted on Hotel Premises
    - Animals (excluding service/guide dogs)
    - Illegal drugs or substances
    - Items that may cause fire or injury
    - Weapons (including replicas) without proper authorization
    - Excessively large or heavy items
    - Items with strong or unpleasant odors
    - Trash or unsanitary items
    - Unauthorized electrical appliances
    - Any other items deemed inappropriate by the hotel
    2. Prohibited Conduct
    - Making loud noises, fighting, or creating odors that may disturb other guests
    - Engaging in prostitution or similar acts
    - Promoting personal businesses or solicitations
    - Moving, damaging, or removing hotel property
    - Leaving personal belongings in shared or public spaces
    - Entering staff-only areas
    - Conducting any for-profit activities
    - Any behavior that compromises hotel safety, cleanliness, or the comfort of others

Accommodation Agreement

  1. Article 1: Scope of Application

    1. Reservations are subject to this agreement and the Terms and Conditions. Matters not specified will follow applicable laws and standard practices.
    2. In the case of special agreements, those terms will take precedence.
  2. Article 2: Reservation Requirements

    1. In compliance with the Accommodation Business Act (Article 6 and Decree Article 4-2) and local regulations, the following information is required:
    (1) Guest name(s)
    (2) Check-in/check-out dates and expected arrival time
    (3) Reservation fee (see Table 1)
    (4) Any additional information required by the hotel
    2. Requests to extend the stay will be treated as new reservations.
  3. Article 3: Completion of Reservation

    1. The reservation is complete when the requirements in Article 2 are met.
    2. Full payment must be made before check-in or by a specified date.
    3. The reservation will be cancelled if:
     (1) Payment is not received by the deadline
     (2) No response is received for 10 days from the contact information provided
     (3) The guest blocks communication from the hotel
    4. No refunds will be issued for cancellations under conditions (2) or (3).
  4. Article 4: Reservation Refusal

    Reservations may be denied for the following reasons:

    1. Non-compliance with this agreement
    2. Fully booked rooms
    3. Rooms reserved for emergency/disaster evacuees
    4. Guest is associated with an organized crime group
    5. Purpose of stay is prostitution
    6. Guest has a communicable disease
    7. Excessive or unreasonable requests
    8. Natural disaster or unavoidable event
    9. Guest is excessively intoxicated or causes a disturbance
    10. Guest appears mentally or physically unstable
    11. Minors without parental/guardian permission
    12. Reservation intended for transfer to another person
    13. Reservation not intended for actual stay
    14. History of payment issues
    15. Any other lawful grounds for refusal
  5. Article 5: Guest-Initiated Cancellation

    1. Please notify the hotel promptly if cancelling.
    2. Cancellation fees apply (see Table 2).
    3. Reservations may be canceled if the guest does not arrive at the scheduled time without notice.
  6. Article 6: Hotel-Initiated Cancellation

    1. The hotel may cancel a reservation for the following reasons:
    - Guest is affiliated with an organized crime group
    - Violent, threatening, unlawful, or harmful behavior
    - Communicable disease
    - Excessive or unreasonable service requests
    - Inability to accommodate due to unforeseen events
    - Smoking or tampering with fire safety equipment
    - Unauthorized transfer of reservation
    - Non-payment or delayed payment
    - Providing false information
    - Intoxication or disturbance to others
    - Violation of these Terms or Accommodation Agreement
    - Other lawful reasons
    2. Cancellation will be communicated via contact information provided. If no response is received, it will be considered as notified under Article 3-3. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  7. Article 7: Guest Registration

    Upon check-in, guests are required to provide the following (per the Accommodation Business Act and regulations):

    1. Name, age, gender, address, and occupation
    2. For international guests: nationality, passport number, country of entry, and arrival date
    3. Date and time of departure
    4. Previous and next accommodation locations
  8. Article 8: Use of Rooms

    1. Guests may use rooms during the check-in/out period.
    2. Use beyond checkout will incur additional charges (see Table 3).
    3. The hotel reserves the right to enter rooms during a stay for safety or sanitation.
  9. Article 9: Compliance

    Guests must follow the Terms and Conditions.
  10. Article 10: Operating Hours

    1.Facility hours are listed in the room and/or at the front desk.
    2.The hotel will inform guests if hours are changed.
  11. Article 11: Payment

    1. See Table 1 for fee breakdown.
    2. Payments must be made in Japanese yen or hotel-approved methods at check-in or as designated.
    3. Payment is required even if guests choose not to stay after check-in.
  12. Article 12: Hotel Liability

    1. The hotel’s liability is limited to 100,000 yen, unless negligence is proven.
    2. The hotel holds accommodation liability insurance, though not all damages are covered.
  13. Article 13: When Room Cannot Be Provided

    1. The hotel will make efforts to offer an equivalent room.
    2. If no suitable room is available, the reservation will be canceled per Article 6-2, and a refund of twice the reservation fee will be made if the hotel is at fault.
  14. Article 14: Valuables and Liability

    1. For valuables left at the front desk, compensation is up to 100,000 yen unless declared and valued higher.
    2. For valuables kept in-room, hotel liability applies only if negligence is proven, and compensation is also limited to 100,000 yen unless otherwise declared.
  15. Article 15: Lost & Found

    1. With prior notice, luggage sent in advance will be kept until check-in.
    2. Forgotten items will be held for 30 days, then turned over to police. Perishables will be discarded the day after checkout unless otherwise instructed.
    3. The hotel reserves the right to inspect and dispose of forgotten items when necessary.
  16. Article 16: Guest Liability

    Guests who violate the agreement or terms and cause damage, cleaning, or business interruption will be liable for compensation.
  17. Article 17: Changes to Agreement

    Terms may be revised as needed. Updates will be posted in guest rooms and on the official website with an effective date.
