MINATOYA
@minatoya_setoda
A dining hall open from breakfast through dinner.
Start your day with nutritious set meals crafted from seasonal ingredients sourced directly from local producers. Our coffee menu—featuring beans roasted in-house—is also a highlight. In the evening, enjoy fresh ingredients carefully wood-fired, all at a relaxed pace.
Setoda, known for its abundant sunshine, offers vegetables and citrus ripened under the sun’s warmth, and seafood with firm, rich flavor, shaped by the strong currents of the Seto Inland Sea.
The Seto Inland Sea flows gently, gracefully—always connecting.
A new wave of culture linking Shimanami and Okayama.
For the very first Sea Hub Project, we welcome friends from Ikuchijima, an island along the Shimanami Kaido in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture.
From the “island of lemons” and the cycling route it’s famous for, the harbor eatery MINATOYA is coming to town.
They’ll be joined by fellow teammates from SOIL Setoda, bringing with them the flavors of the Seto Inland Sea: seafood shaped by its currents, and vegetables and citrus ripened under abundant sunshine.
Expect a night where you can almost hear the sound of the waves.
Lunch – hearty fisherman’s meals with refreshing lemon soda.
Dinner – creative citrus-inspired dishes paired with records.
